Who we help

Stroke & neurological recovery
Finding ways to participate in your valued activities again, working on movement, strength and confidence for those living with a neurological condition or following a neurological event.

Getting back on your feet and reconditioning after an operation or hospital stay, without needing to use your energy to get to a clinic.

Steadier on your feet and safer around the house, with exercises tailored to your own environment, stairs, floors and doorways.

Sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain assessed and rehabbed at home so you can get moving again.
Orthopaedic rehab
Pre and post operative rehabilitation for bone and joint conditions and injuries, guided at your pace in your space.
Older adults
Regular, gentle support for age related and long-term conditions. We focus on staying active and independent, to give you the best quality of life for as long as possible.

About Home Physio Co.
Physiotherapy that comes round.
Home Physio Co. was built on a simple idea: for a lot of people, the hardest part of physiotherapy isn't the exercises, it's getting to the clinic. So we bring the clinic to you.
We're a community physiotherapy service visiting people in their own homes right across Auckland, from the South and East, through Central to the West, and out to Franklin. We work with people recovering from stroke and surgery, managing orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries, rebuilding balance and mobility, and older adults staying active and independent.
No waiting rooms, no transport to arrange. You tell us where you are, and we'll come round, Monday to Friday, wherever you are in the city.
